1. User Account, Password, and Security

If you use the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and for all activities that occur under them. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block access to your membership on the Platform. You agree to immediately notify Thudak of any unauthorized use or breach of your password or account and ensure you exit your account at the end of each session.

2. Services Offered

Thudak provides a variety of Internet-based  and off line services through the Platform. One such service enables users to purchase original merchandise, including clothing, home decor, and lifestyle products (collectively, "Products"). These Products can be purchased via various payment methods available on the Platform.

The sale/purchase of Products is additionally governed by specific policies such as cancellation, exchange, and return policies, which can be found in the FAQ section on the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference. When initiating a return request, users must confirm (via a checkbox) that the product being returned is unused and has its original tags intact. If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing original tags, the return request will be declined, and the product will be re-shipped back to the customer.

If the return request is declined, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and Thudak assumes no liability in this regard. Additionally, if the user fails to accept the receipt of the re-shipped product, they remain ineligible for a refund, and Thudak assumes no liability for the return or refund of the re-shipped product.

Further, these Terms of Use may be supplemented by product-specific conditions displayed alongside the respective Product.
