SHIPPING POLICY

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that each item arrives safely. Our terracotta pieces are carefully wrapped in millboard for extra protection and then securely placed inside a durable cardboard box. This packaging method not only keeps your products safe during transit but also minimizes our environmental footprint.

Processing Time.

We strive to deliver your orders promptly. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days for express shipping, depending on your location. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Please contact us for specific delivery inquiries.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your new terracotta pieces as much as we loved crafting them. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Please read our return policy below for details on returns and exchanges.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a full refund.

  • For damaged or defective items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the unique character of each piece. These natural variations are not considered defects, so returns based on these qualities will not be accepted.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, subject to availability of the desired item.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
